PHOTOS: Somerville Dog Festival at Trum Field

The Somerville Foundation for Animals welcomed hundreds of the city’s citizens (both two- and four-legged) to Trum Field for the third annual Somerville Dog Festival last Sunday. Mutts and pure breeds, teacup and mammoth alike, Somerville’s canines came out in droves for a full day of dog sports demonstrations, trick contests and fashion shows.

Here are just a few of the mugs we met over the afternoon at the festival as they skateboarded, bobbed through obstacle courses and even danced for the crowds.
